SAMN03084331 Roseivirga ehrenbergii KMM 6017 Roseivirga ehrenbergii Roseivirga ehrenbergii KMM 6017 (=KCTC 12282=LMG 22567=JCM 13514) was originally isolated from green alga Ulva fenestrata collected in Pallada Bay, Gulf of Peter the Great, Sea of Japan during August 1999. The strain was characterised as a novel Gram-negative rod-shaped bacterium, aerobic, non-gliding and pink-pigmented by Nedashkovskaya (2005). The genome sequence of Roseivirga ehrenbergii was sequenced.
