SAMN19679079 LJ2 Pseudomonas lijiangensis Strain LJ2 was isolated from the Lijiang city of Yunnan province, China in 2019. Based on 16S rRNA gene sequencing, it was identified as a strain of Pseudomonas cichorii recently. Here, we present the complete genome sequence for this new bacterial pathogen on flue-cured tobacco in China.
